“The first two tenants of the commercial portion of a major mixed-use project in Leland are a homebuilder and nail salon and spa, according to an announcement Tuesday.
Coldwell Banker Commercial SunCoast agent Shirley Logan negotiated lease agreements with the tenants for Harrington Square, the retail component of Harrington Village, a 19-acre development under construction north of Village Road in Leland, a news release said.”
