– Managerial experience within the apartment industry.
– Has general knowledge of but not limited to residential/property management laws/guidelines (tenant/Landlord Act, evictions, and credit checks).
– Is detailed oriented.
– Has good written and verbal communication skills.
– Has good people skills, including patience.
– Has good organizational skills.
– Has ability to work independently, problem-solve and make decisions.
