-Maintenance experience within the apartment industry.
-Maintain Grounds
-Complete Service Request
-Maintenance Knowledge of but not limited to appliances, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, Pools
-Has good people skills, including patience.
-Has good organizational skills.
-Has ability to work independently, problem-solve and make decisions.
Education: HVAC & CPO Certified
