Position Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development of monthly financial statements
  • Review monthly financial statements for discrepancies and trends
  • Reconcile monthly bank statements for all entities
  • Reconcile GL accounts
  • Investigate and resolve GL variances, to include posting of entries
  • Post intercompany payments and other activity
  • Lender reserve disbursement packages
  • Work on special projects as assigned
  • Ensuring the highest level of customer service


  • Bachelor Degree with a concentration in Accounting
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a corporate accounting environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to check numbers and find the logic behind them
  • Ability to manage workload and adhere to multiple deadlines at the same time
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Experience with property management or real estate software would be a plus
  • Ability to work well in a team environment, collaboration within the accounting and property
  • management departments
  • Ability to communicate and provide excellent customer service to clients, residents, and vendors
  • Reports Directly to Chief Financial Officer
